As your Health Coach, we will work together to develop a deeper understanding of the foods and lifestyle choices that work best for you. We will implement lasting habits that will improve your energy, balance, and health. I will support you in achieving all of your goals, from eating the right foods for your body to living an inspired, fulfilling life.
As a client of my Health Coaching program, you will:
Make small changes to your diet and lifestyle that will result in significant improvements to your health and well-being
Improve chronic health concerns such as headaches and fatigue
Save on medical bills
Improve your quality of sleep and increase energy
Understand and reduce cravings for sugar or other foods
Work to achieve weight loss and fitness goals and maintain ideal weight
Receive information and support to follow a protocol that you have received from your doctor
Become familiar with the concept of “crowding out” processed and sugary foods in your diet, by replacing them with whole, nutrient dense foods
Gain knowledge about how and when to implement superfoods, vitamins and mineral supplements into your daily routine
Improve your personal relationships
Learn to prepare nutritious meals for yourself and your family
Get advice on choosing the ideal products for your kitchen to support healthful cooking

Our 3 month program includes:
Two 50-minute coaching sessions per month: These can take place over the phone, on video chat via Skype or Facetime, or in person in the Atlanta, GA area.
One of the following: Pantry makeover, Supermarket tour, or cooking lesson
Informative handouts, recipes, books, foods and other giveaways with each session
E-mail support between sessions
Invitation to special events such as health food store tour and group discussions
Access to my monthly newsletter with the latest health tips and recipes

Support between sessions via text, email, and social media. I will answer all of your questions within 24 hours of receipt.
Access to my private Facebook group forum where you will receive motivation, recipes, and detox tips to ensure your success.
The opportunity to transition into my three month coaching program, following the detox. This is entirely optional, but would enable us to continue to work together as you phase off of the detox and back into a regular routine. Together we would find the foods and lifestyle choices that work best for you as you add foods back into your diet, and build healthy habits that will last a lifetime.
